Simple Healthy Chilean Avocado Salad

Avocados are one of the healthiest and most nutritionally complete fruits so it is important to try to incorporate some avocado in your diet. One such recipe is this very delicious Chilean Avocado salad!


To make your own, follow this simple recipe:

You will need:

2 Avocados
1 Tomato
1 Cucumber
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Sprinkle a bit of Sea Salt

Then mix it all up so that some of the Avocado forms a sauce while some of the Avocado remains as chunks!
